Concurrent Task Inventory
A weekly map of the cognitive load you are carrying — the open loops, the half-finished things, the obligations queued in the back of your mind. For many neurodivergent people, and for most people in stretches of overwhelm, the load is invisible until it's named. Once it's on a page it tends to feel a little less crushing, and a little more sortable.
The inventory isn't a productivity tool. It's a noticing tool. Some weeks you'll look at the list and recognise it, and that recognition itself is the work. Other weeks you'll look and find one or two things that could be put down, delegated, or grieved.
What you'll do
Once a week, list the tasks, projects, and ongoing concerns currently taking up mental space. Tag each as active, paused, or — if you're ready — finished or let go.
