Training

Experience Sampling

Optional short check-ins over time. A two-minute pause, a few times a week, to notice what's going on inside — body, mood, energy, the texture of the day so far. No goals, no streaks, no league table. The point isn't to perform attention; it's to practise it.

Over weeks, the small data points accumulate into something more interesting than any single one of them. You start to see your own rhythms — the days of the week that tend to be heavier, the hours that tend to be lighter, the kinds of events that show up in your body before they show up in your thoughts.

What you'll do

Receive an occasional gentle prompt. Answer a few short questions about what's happening right now. Skip whenever you want — missing one is part of the design, not a failure.
