Situational Emotion Learning
Small everyday scenarios, asked first in the third person ("what might she be feeling here?") and then, only if you'd like to, in your own ("what would you feel here?"). The distance of the third person is deliberate. It tends to be easier to read someone else's situation than your own, and that easier reading can become a doorway.
This is a gentle, distance-first route into emotion language. No-one is graded. The scenarios are drawn from ordinary life — a slightly tense conversation with a flatmate, a meeting that went on too long, a small kindness from a stranger — the kind of moments that pile up and shape a week.
What you'll do
Read a short scenario. Pick from a small set of plausible feelings, or write your own. Then optionally answer the same question as if you were the person in the story.
